  • Facility to pay bills for most major credit cards through digital platforms

These services are offered via our trained agents, retail partners, and digital interfaces.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, users must:

• Be an Indian resident with valid ID proof (Aadhaar mandatory for AEPS)

4. Agent Responsibilities

Agents of Gramincg Technologies must:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
• Provide clear transaction receipts or digital confirmations
• Not store or misuse customer biometric or financial details

5. Fees and Charges

• Some services may involve nominal transaction or setup fees.
• All applicable charges will be communicated clearly before processing.
• We reserve the right to revise fee structures with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gramincg Technologies is not responsible for:

• Technical errors, server issues, or network downtime beyond our control
• Unauthorized access caused by third-party applications or user negligence
• Delays or errors in settlement due to external banking systems

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to data privacy. We do not store Aadhaar or biometric data. All customer information is processed only for real-time transaction verification and handled in compliance with UIDAI and RBI regulations.

8. Modifications

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all transactions under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
